Feedback, please!

It’s time for us to sign off until next year, but before we go, please send us your feedback on the Faire or any of the prep work leading up to it. Do you have an idea on how to improve the Faire for volunteers, visitors, or PWS in general? Did you see something that our future Chairs should consider handling differently for more fun/effect/safety/profit?  For instance – how about this blog? It was started in the days when PWS communicated primarily through paper. Do we still need this?

Any and all ideas or comments are welcome – please leave a comment on this post or email noreen_cruz@yahoo.com.

Thank you for your feedback, your hard work, and for coming together once again and throwing out such a wonderful welcome to our guests! You make all the difference.

home-baked goods for the Elves Faire Jack Frost Bake ShoppeBring your Jack Frost Bake Shoppe items tomorrow morning and drop them off with one of our friendly volunteers!

Bring your checkbook/wallet/credit card with you to school – advance ticket sales start today at the Office. You can also buy them during drop-off and pick-up on Thursday and during drop-off and set-up on Friday — look for the friendly volunteer by the Wishing Well. Tickets cost $1 each.

Most areas (food vendors, arts and crafts) accept Elves’ Faire tickets only (no cash or credit).  The exceptions are the Auction/Boutiques, Doll Room, and King Arthur’s Market.

Buying your tickets ahead of time frees up our volunteers so they can serve the general public during the Faire and it saves you the hassle of standing in line on Saturday morning! How many tickets will you need?  Click here for examples of costs.

This is your chance to take a leisurely look at some of the items that will be available at the Elves’ Faire Auction and Holiday Boutiques. Up for bid: vacations/weekends at fabulous locations, original artwork by fabulous PWS artists, Waldorf specialties (dolls, handmade items), etc. Bid now or take advantage of the “buy now” option on many of the items.

Hope to see you there!

Don’t forget – your 8 Angel Room items are due today to your parent council rep. You can also drop them in the bin by the parent cubbies. Be sure to label them with your family name and grades of your children so we can check you off the list!

This is your reminder to put those Angel Room items in your car tonight — they’re due tomorrow to your Parent Council rep. You can also use the bin by the parent cubbies to drop off your items. Be sure to label the bag that your items are in with your family’s name and your children’s grades. Thank you!
