Please refer to the Handbook for full descriptions of how to fulfill the family responsibilities for the Elves’ Faire:
- Angel Room – Each family donates 8 handcrafted items to be sold. Look for workshops in front of the Wishing Well.
- Jack Frost Bake Shoppe – Each family donates at least one baked good to sell in Jack Frost Bake Shoppe.
- Prize Drawing – Each family sells at least 20 Prize Drawing Tickets at $5.00 each.
- Set-Up Shift – At least one parent from each family helps set up the Faire. Single-parent families will work either the set-up or clean-up shift, not both.
- Working the Faire – Each parent works at least one two-hour-and-fifteen-minute shift during the Faire. Many parents work more than one shift if not all day, so please take this obligation seriously – we need everyone. We can’t do this without 100% participation.
- Clean-Up Shift – At least one parent from each family helps clean up after the Faire. It’s great if the whole family can participate, but we need at least one adult per family. Single-parent families will work either the set-up or clean-up shift, not both. (Children must be supervised by a parent.)
- Holiday Boutiques & Silent Auction – Items for our new Holiday Boutiques & Auction House will be sought by special request. All ideas welcome!
As always, thank you for your support!
